This past weekend had CPRA contestants traveling to Sundre, High River and Wainwright, Alberta to compete. Click here to check out the results from these rodeos. Most if not all of these same contestants are continuing to compete in rodeos this week. The Canadian version of the “Cowboy Christmas” is underway! Check out highlights from 1st round of the barrel racing at the 2011 Ponoka Stampede below. Contestants will continue their “Cowboy Christmas” trail this week to Airdrie, AB which starts today (June 28th) and to Williams Lake, BC which starts this Thursday (June 30th).
This past Sunday was the first performance of the Junior National High School Rodeo Finals that is taking place in Gallup, New Mexico. To check out the daily draws and results you can go to their website here. You are also able to watch the Junior Finals taking place live by going here.
To check out the results from the CCA rodeos that took place in Moose Jaw and Humboldt, SK this past weekend you can go to the Canadian Cowboys Association. The results from the Wildrose Rodeo Association can be found here and the results form the Lakeland Rodeo Association can be found here.
